The next Terrace River Master Association (TRMA) Annual Meeting and Election for Board of Directors will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, 6:30 PM at the Omar K. Lightfoot Center, 10901 N. 56th St. Temple Terrace, FL 33637. We urge you to attend the meeting in person or via Zoom.

Attendance will be taken at the meeting. Each officially signed, limited proxy will be registered. Members who are not physically attending the Annual Meeting, and wish to vote, must vote by limited proxy.
The purpose of your homeowner association is to give you a voice in the welfare and development of the Terrace River community. We urge you to attend the meeting in person or via Zoom. If you cannot attend in person, please make your vote count by submitting a limited proxy form for a designated person (your limited proxy holder) to vote on your behalf. Limited Proxy forms, Notice of Candidacy forms, and all relevant documents and notices can be found in the “Documents” section of the website.
