The Terrace River Master Association (TRMA) board is inviting you to attend a TRMA Special Board Meeting on Saturday, January 2, 2021, at 3:00 PM via Zoom. The purpose of this meeting is to fill the vacated position on the TRMA board and elect the five board members positions.

Attendance is optional for all Community Members. Although all are welcome to attend!!
Attendance is required for TRMA board members only.

Zoom meeting ID, password and Agenda has been sent to all community members via email.

The Terrace River Master Association, Inc. (TRMA) is inviting you to get involved in your homeowner’s community association. The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at 4:10 PM in the Omar K. Lightfoot, 10901 N. 56th St. Temple Terrace, FL 33637.

Residents are urged to attend the meeting via Zoom. You should receive an email, or a mailed letter with the Meeting ID and the password. If not, please contact us at the phone/email listed at the end of this notice. You may have to fill out a “TRMA Electronic Disclosure Authorization Form” to receive emails from the board, the form is available in the “Info>Documents” section of the website.

You should also receive a “Notice of Candidacy” for anyone interested to submit their name as a candidate for election to the Board of Directors. Members will elect Directors at the December 19, 2020, annual meeting. We will also announce the members of the nomination committee at that same meeting. You are encouraged to participate in your community by utilizing your gifts and talents to make this community the best it can be. Completed forms should be sent to:

Dear TRMA Community Members A Big Hearty Thank You for all who showed your support at the annual elections either in person or by proxy and voted for your favorite board members and the propositions. Both the propositions passed which will benefit the TRMA community. And a big Thank You to the volunteers who helped out with the elections. The new 2020 Board comprises of the following members: Ayman Osman – President Robert Carlson – Vice President Rome Jamsa – Secretary and Communications Director Wadah Saleh – Treasurer Vladimir Chichkov – Director The 2020 Board thanks the outgoing Director, Greg Marme, for support in 2019, and welcomes the incoming Vice President, Robert Carlson – looking forward to your support!! The TRMA meeting is scheduled for the 30th of January 2020, Thursday, from 6:00 to 8 p.m. at Omar K. Lightfoot Recreation Center located at 10901 N. 56th Street, Temple Terrace. All are welcome to attend!! 1. If you are unable to attend in person, we can connect you through conference calling 2. If you have items for discussion we can try to include in the agenda depending on the topic and time availability OR we can carry on to the next meeting agenda if it cannot be covered in this meeting. Please let me know by 6 p.m on 29th January, Wednesday on both items above so we can plan accordingly. As a reminder, Spring is upon us soon, so if you need someone for your lawn care and/or pressure washing needs, feel free to contact Denzel Edwards at 813 446 1264 for quotes and services. The board has negotiated a discounted rate for Phase One residents who as an OPTION wish to hire the TRMA landscape contractor. Looking for ideas for community events!! Last year we had a first-ever TRMA Garage Sale Possible ideas for this year – Picnic, Fundraisers at your favorite place of shopping or dining, Block Beautification Party, Talent Day, Children’s Day, Students’ Day, Seniors Day, Parents Day, Valentines Party, Garage Sale, Spring party, Summer Pool Party, Beach Day, Bowling Day, Escape Room Event, Amusement Park Day, Food and Socialize Day, Fall Party, Holiday Party, Thanksgiving, Eid Party, Art Day, etc. We can also start some sort of clubs in TRMA for fun and/or to help the community i.e. Tennis club, basketball club, girls scout club, boys scout club, sewing club, exercise club, dance club, fishing club, hiking club, homeschool club, tutoring club, horticulture club, housekeeping club, landscape club, magicians club, home maintenance club, auto mechanic club, newsletter club, help the needy club, paint club, transportation club, etc. Keep your ideas coming……..
