The Terrace River Master Association, Inc. (TRMA) is inviting you to get involved in your homeowner’s community association. The Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, December 19, 2020, at 4:10 PM in the Omar K. Lightfoot, 10901 N. 56th St. Temple Terrace, FL 33637.
Residents are urged to attend the meeting via Zoom. You should receive an email, or a mailed letter with the Meeting ID and the password. If not, please contact us at the phone/email listed at the end of this notice. You may have to fill out a “TRMA Electronic Disclosure Authorization Form” to receive emails from the board, the form is available in the “Info>Documents” section of the website.
You should also receive a “Notice of Candidacy” for anyone interested to submit their name as a candidate for election to the Board of Directors. Members will elect Directors at the December 19, 2020, annual meeting. We will also announce the members of the nomination committee at that same meeting. You are encouraged to participate in your community by utilizing your gifts and talents to make this community the best it can be. Completed forms should be sent to:
